The next level...

I have shifted from ubuntu to gentoo in case anyone is interested...Living the easy life with ubuntu ceased to be fun anymore..And without doubt, gentoo presented the next big challenge...and i managed to get it working without too much of a fuss :) now, its time to experiment with gentoo till that gets boring...Now dont ask me where i will go after that...hopefully the linux world will throw up something new :D

wow!! someone does read my blog!! great :D

Yeah, that is what I understand from the Gentoo Documentation (which does happen to be excellent.)

And yes, I try and follow as many Indian students' blogs. Being in the US, blogs are an excellent way for me to know more about the lives of undergrad students in my country.

And also, I love to read anybody's Linux blog, since I am a regular Linux user myself and make regular posts on the Ubuntu forums.

Tejas' blog, by the way, has an incorrect link to mine.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, professors don't care what you do in class. People have known to chat, blog, play World of Warcraft multiplayer everything in class .. :D .. sleeping is quite common too, and sometimes it is really blissful to drop asleep in class !

wow!! thats very interesting to hear...its pretty much the same here too but then we are not as advanced as you guys to be able to carry laptops to class...so we have to be content with catching up with lost sleep and playing snake on our cell phones ;)

btw, do you stumble too?

(arggh...google is mad..making me undergo word verification even though i am the owner of the blog :(..i am gonna remove it)

Hmm.. first, I am sure the topic of whether carrying laptops to school can be considered "advanced" is quite debatable, considering how much it can abused.

But catching up with lost sleep is universal and you don't really need any technology for that.

Hmm.. I don't quite stumble .. but drawing inspiration from yours, probably I should start as well..

hmm..ya right..i dint exactly mean advanced but quite dint find any other word that fits the situation :)

and i must tell you this about stumble..i have been on stumble for close to 2 years now (4 months to go for 2nd anniversary!!) and i must admit that i havent felt bored by it at any point of time..Its been a great experience and as far as i am concerned, one of THE greatest things on the internet apart from internet itself ;)..have met people from a variety of cultures, made good friends of a few and yes, discovered great sites that i just dint know existed..
